DoE is a department of US Government, who is in charge of energy and has the right to establish energy-efficiency standards, There are Energy Efficiency Level from Ⅰ to Ⅵ, higher level number means better energy efficiency. And Level Ⅵ is normally for the external power supply, showing to best energy efficiency. If an electronic product tells it’s energy efficiency DOE level Ⅵ, then it’s the best. So DoE level Ⅵ means the external power supply has good energy efficiency, and it’s the best for now.
