XJK Adapter Co., Ltd, formed in 2004 and based in Shenzhen, China, is involved in designing and manufacturing AC-DC power adapters to meet today’s high developing demand, the complex people’s daily life, changing performance, and miniaturization requirements. With more than 18 years of experience at power suppliers, we have developed over 1,000 designs. XJK has ISO9001 Approved integrated 3000 sq meters factory, located in China, to manufacture 5~150W power adapters.
We know what a safety AC adapter means to electronic devices and manufacturers. That’s why we care about product quality so much. As a reliable manufacturer of power adapters, we have trained our workers to strictly follow our quality control processing at every step. We control our manufacturing processing and strictly follow ISO requirements, every product will be tested thousands of times before shipping to our customers.
Always attaching great importance to product quality and environmental protection, we are approved by the ISO9001 quality management system and ISO14001 environment management system. We are specialized in the design, and manufacture of 5W to 150W power supplies, strictly following quality control processing step by step to manufacture our power adapters.
Each incoming material is inspected with instruments, recorded and filed. We must make sure every raw material is eco.
Assembly line production, automated equipment. There are QA working during every step.
Each product is inspected, fully inspected. Aging tesing, function testing, comprehensive testing are must.
The packaging department will do the final inspection of the appearance and product.
We know our every product is with good quality and safety enough, but for making our customers no worry about it and could be selling better in the different markets such as Japan, Korea, UK, Europe, US…, all products got the certification KC, PSE, UKCA, CE, GS, Rohs, FCC…
After testing and getting the certifications, all the power adapters are manufactured with SAFETY Mark on it, which makes our customers worry less about the safety and law things.
Effective level certifications are also available for our adapters, some got level6 and some got level5.
